Coffee that funds your program

Rose Field Coffee partners with teams, schools and community groups to raise money without the order forms, the catalogs, or the case of unsold product sitting in somebody's garage in June.

The model is simple. We put your logo on our coffee bags and build you a shop link that belongs to your program. You share it with your families, alumni and supporters. $5 from every bag comes back to you. Supporters who set up a monthly subscription keep sending that $5 every month, long after the season ends.

Why coffee works better than most fundraisers

Most fundraising asks people to buy something they don't want, once. Coffee is different. Your supporters are already buying it every month, from someone. This just moves that purchase somewhere it does your program some good.

  • Nothing to buy up front. No minimum order, no inventory, no risk to your budget.
  • Nothing to store or deliver. We roast to order and ship direct to each supporter's door.
  • No order forms. One link, shared however you already communicate with families.
  • It doesn't end. A subscriber keeps giving every month without anyone asking again.
  • Grandparents out of state can help. Geography stops mattering.

How it works

  1. We build your bag. Your logo and colors go on a Rose Field label, on the roasts you choose.
  2. We build your page. You get a shop link that's yours alone, ready to text, email or post.
  3. Supporters order. One time or on subscription. Coffee is roasted to order and shipped to their door with free US shipping.
  4. You get paid. We send a sales report and a check to your program every month.

What it's worth

Sixty families on a monthly subscription is roughly $3,600 a year to your program, and nobody has to sell anything after the first announcement. A hundred families ordering a bag a month is $6,000. The math scales with your mailing list, not with how hard your parents are willing to hustle.

Who this is for

Any group with a mailing list and a reason to raise money: youth and high school teams, club and travel programs, booster clubs, band and choir, robotics and academic teams, PTOs and PTAs, church groups, scout troops and nonprofits.

Our first partner

Bainbridge boys lacrosse is our founding fundraising partner. Their coffee and their shop link are live now, and every bag sends $5 straight to the program.

Common questions

Is there a cost to start?
No. There is no setup fee, no minimum order and no commitment. If nobody buys anything, it costs your program nothing.

How long does setup take?
About a week from the day we get your logo files and your roast selections.

How do we get paid?
Monthly, by check to your program or booster account, with the sales report behind it. We can pay a school district account, a booster nonprofit or a club entity.

Can supporters order more than coffee?
Yes. Anything bought through your link counts toward your program, including tea, sample packs and brewing gear.

What if we already run another fundraiser?
Most programs run this alongside whatever else they're doing. It takes almost no volunteer time, so it doesn't compete for the same energy.
