Grown by smallholder farmers in the Kintamani highlands of Bali, in volcanic loam at 1,200 to 1,600 metres. Wet-hulled in the Indonesian style and dried on raised beds, which gives it the heavy body and low acidity Indonesian coffee is known for, with far more sweetness than most.
