From smallholder farms in the Sidama zone, grown at 1,700 to 1,900 metres in mineral-rich nitisol soil. Full natural process, hand sorted and dried on raised beds, using indigenous heirloom cultivars that grow nowhere else. Ethiopia is where coffee comes from, and this tastes like it.
